In the few years of her life as a super star Taylor Swift has become so much more to the crowd than just a great singer. She uses her own feelings in the music and lyrics that come bursting from not only her vocal chords but her heart too. And this is not where her heart stops pouring out either. She donates to the St. Jude hospital for children as well. She is very much into caring about people other than herself. This shows a great part of her to the fan base like you. But that is not true. She is still her own person and does not act to make others happy by joining a clique. She has been who she is without letting outside influences change her perspective on life. These facts are what make her the ideal idol of fans all over the world. They line up and camp out overnight to get great tickets, seats and just a glimpse of this starlet. Her music and lifestyle have brought hope and joy to millions of fans. She recently played out her soul to a sold out show in Minnesota. It is not only her singing. She has a fabulous way of reaching the minds of each person in the crowd. Everyone has their own song that makes them feel all right even when they are not sure how they feel. She writes about her own inside personal relationship with herself and sings it to the crowds of eagerly awaiting individuals who need to know they are not alone. Her life has had a few bumps but she has courageously built her own castle. When she was ten she was singing at karaoke contests, at eleven she was dropping off homemade demos to all the record labels she could find and at fourteen she managed to sign a record deal with a Nashville company before she could even drive. That is the drive that should be touching her fans. If one person could break away from the norm to follow their dreams, it would make it possible to help others to have the strength and courage to do so too. Taylor Swift has done this, making her one of country music’s best vocalists who really deserves the life she has built for herself. Her music touches everyone who hears it.

After three months of dating, Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have called it quits! “It wasn’t really developing into anything, and wasn’t going to, so they decided they were better as friends,” a source close to Swift says. “There was no chemistry.”
The relationship officially fizzled when Lautner, 17, flew to Nashville for Swift’s birthday party on Dec. 13, a friend of the singer reveals.
“He liked her more than she liked him,” the source says. “He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn’t travel much to see him.
“They plan to stay friends”.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Taylor revealed that she doesn’t drink or smoke and that she still sleeps in her childhood bedroom. But she didn’t let on anything when it came to her sex life. Said Swift, “I feel like whatever you say about whether you do or don’t, it makes people picture you naked. And as much as possible, I’m going to avoid that. It’s self-preservation, really.”
She did admit to the magazine that she wrote a song about Joe Jonas breaking her heart, but she still holds out for true love. Said Swift, “I love love. I love studying it and watching it. I love thinking about how we treat each other, and the crazy way that one person can feel one thing and another can feel totally different.”
She loves the idea that everyone has a perfect partner somewhere in the world, but can’t shake the idea that emotional turmoil is more exciting than happiness. She explained to Allure magazine, “I have always been fascinated with fairy tales, and the idea that Prince Charming is just one castle away and it’s going to be happily ever after. But for some reason, I could never, ever stop writing songs about heartbreak. Just because as human beings, what we can’t have is what we replay in our head over and over again before we go to sleep.”
Taylor also draws inspiration from her relationships with men, adding even romances which go wrong are useful. The “Love Song” singer said, “Let’s say I date a guy who really does nothing but damage me, and you’ve spent time, you’ve spent effort, and you’ve put everything into trying to make that work. And it didn’t. So you write a song about it. It was worth everything if you write a song about it.”

Don’t cross Taylor Swift or else you may end up in one of her songs.
“If you don’t want me to write bad songs about you, then don’t do bad things,” Swift, 19, tells Self magazine in its March issue.
She lives by that simple mantra – and a commitment to writing honest songs. “I don’t think honesty is ever something you should regret,” Swift says. “I figure if I’m going to cover things up and try to hide the way I feel and try to be perfect all the time, people are going to see through that.
She continues: “And also, if you’re trying to change yourself all the time to adapt to what you think you should be, you’re going to run out of the things to be after a while.”
Still, the teen superstar says she’s a little surprised by how fervent her audience is. “What blows me away the most,” Swift says, “is that anyone actually cares what I have to say.”
But that doesn’t mean she’s unappreciative.
“If I sign an autograph for someone, I don’t put them in the category of ‘fan’ and keep them at arm’s length,” she says. “If we strike up a conversation and we like the same things and we have the same sense of humor, then they’re my friend.”

Taylor Swift has opened up about her past relationships, but when it comes to romance, the 19-year-old singer says she was a late bloomer.
“I was 15 and the oldest out of all my friends to have not kissed a guy,” Swift tells Your Prom magazine for its spring issue.
Now she’s making up for lost time by writing openly about love. “I like to write about boys and relationships,” the “Love Story” singer says.
“I write songs about the things that happen to me, because it helps me figure them out. Writing songs is like breathing for me.”
Swift has, of course, been famously linked with Joe Jonas, of the Jonas Brothers, but when it comes to her crushes, the singer says her dream date would be Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford.
Rumors have been circulating all over the web about Taylor and Joe Jonas being the new hot celeb couple. There are even stories of them being spotted leaving a hotel together! This is probably a rumor that started because Taylor was a surprise guest at the second Jonas Brothers show in Anaheim for the filming of the JBs’ 3D movie! Check out the vid from YouTube below!

Taylor Swift is so happy for her country star pal Keith Urban and his wife, actress Nicole Kidman that she immediately went to her MySpace page and said she was so happy for them she had to write her entry in tears!
Kidman gave birth on Monday morning in Nashville as Sunday Rose weighed in at 6lbs, 7.5oz.
Taylor Swift was in Hawaii when she heard the news of the baby being born.
Upon hearing the news, she wrote on her official MySpace blog, stating “I got the incredible news today that Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman had a baby girl! Even just thinking about it now, I’m tearing up because I’m so happy for them. When my mom and I got the news, we just sat there in the hotel room and got so emotional. They’re such incredible people. “
Speaking further about Kidman, Swift stated “Nicole Kidman came to Nashville and treated everyone with grace and respect, and has always been so humble. I’m overjoyed for them.”
Taylor just signed a contract with L.E.I Clothing! You should see her sporting some L.E.I. jeans and tops in the August issues of Teen Vogue, Cosmo, and Seventeen. The line is called “This is L.E.I. Country” and it will come out in July 2008 exclusively at Wal-Mart. I love L.E.I. jeans already, but I mostly get mine at Macy’s and other high end stores. Taylor has such great style that I’ll have to take a trip to Wal-Mart for some new clothes when they come out!
